Bootcamps

Want to get fitter, lift your mood and feel strong?

Bootcamps run every Saturday starting from Saturday, 1st of May 2021 for 16 weeks until Saturday, 31st of July*

These sessions will be 1 hour long and will be a mix of Cardio, Bodyweight and Free weights. I have a mix of Tyres, Agility Poles, Battle Ropes, Weight Bags, Slam Ball and more.

 

Due to COVID-19 I will be following Government Guidelines and I have ensured physical distancing will be possible where the bootcamps take place. Numbers may be limited for each bootcamp so please ensure you have booked in.
